Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777ed ("777ed", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 777ed.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ed platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777ed platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 777ed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 777ed website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets operated under the 777ed.club domain.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a registered individual on the 777ed platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a User's account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any other supported currency.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins values, or bonus funds awarded by 777ed that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Balance can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 777ed before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the age of 21, who has previously been self-excluded from the platform, or who is otherwise ineligible to use the 777ed platform under applicable law or these Terms.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, T20I, ODI, Test match, or other competitive event offered within the 777ed sportsbook.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777ed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. 777ed conducts mandatory age verification for all accounts.
2. You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations are not permitted to register accounts on 777ed.
3. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the 777ed platform or any affiliated gaming platform operated by the same group.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 777ed platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering, you consent to 777ed conducting identity verification checks, including cross-referencing your details with third-party identity verification and fraud prevention databases, as required under the platform's international gaming licence obligations.

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777ed account. You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not:

• Share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Allow any third party to access or use your account, whether knowingly or negligently.
• Use any automated system, bot, script, or software tool to interact with the 777ed platform on your behalf.
• Access the platform using VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask or alter your true geographic location.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ed customer support immediately via the live chat facility. 777ed will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions.

Account closure requests may be submitted to 777ed customer support at any time. Voluntary account closure will be processed within five (5) business days, provided that there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonus conditions, or open investigations relating to the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

777ed supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed in real time. In the event of a technical delay, funds will be credited within sixty (60) minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 777ed does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits from payment instruments not registered in the account holder's name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the 777ed cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 777ed will not process deposits that it believes are not for personal gaming use.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the same 777ed account (where technically feasible).
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to two (2) business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• 777ed reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds under the platform's anti-money laundering procedures, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Balance is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 777ed bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and are subject to 777ed's absolute discretion to grant, modify, or withdraw at any time.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• 777ed reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a user has exploited, manipulated, or otherwise abused any promotional offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting all applicable wagering conditions.

Any attempt to abuse the 777ed bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777ed platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are made available within the platform interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across the 777ed sportsbook include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 777ed reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the current live odds at the time of confirmation — not the odds at the time of submission. Connection latency may affect the odds at which in-play bets are confirmed.
• Cricket bets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Any bets placed on a match subsequently abandoned or subject to a no-result determination will be settled according to the specific market rules.
• 777ed reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds pricing has occurred, including but not limited to obvious system errors or data feed failures that resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of placement.

All casino games on the 777ed platform use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. 777ed does not alter RTP settings below the values certified by the game provider.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ed platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under the age of 21 or are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds into a 777ed account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 777ed platform as a conduit for any financial crime.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ed platform — including but not limited to the 777ed brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 777ed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ed platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any 777ed content without prior written consent.
• Use the 777ed brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 777ed platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 777ed intellectual property will result in immediate legal action. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by 777ed.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ed's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ed shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the cause:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Loss of, or damage to, data or information.
• Interruption to access or availability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect odds or game outcomes resulting from third-party data feed errors that 777ed could not reasonably have detected or prevented in real time.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777ed's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

777ed is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. By using 777ed, you acknowledge that gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and that all wagering activity carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

777ed provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible through your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

777ed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the platform, and withhold any balance pending investigation in the following circumstances:

• You have breached, or 777ed has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached, any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been flagged by 777ed's fraud prevention systems or by a third-party risk management service.
• You are subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request that requires 777ed to restrict your account.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to other users, to the integrity of the platform, or to 777ed's compliance obligations under its international gaming licence.

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the legitimacy of the funds.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ed holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 777ed arising from your use of the platform, the following procedure shall apply:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 777ed customer support via the live chat facility and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 777ed will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved within twenty-one (21) days of your initial contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to 777ed at the email address listed in Section 14. Formal complaints will receive a full written response within thirty (30) days of receipt.
3. Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following 777ed's formal complaint response, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body under 777ed's international gaming licence. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
